Sowing Lathyrus sweet pea is quite easy. Here are the steps you can follow:

Choose a sunny location: Sweet pea likes full sun, so choose a spot in your garden where the plants receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.

Prepare the soil: Make sure the soil is well-drained and free of weeds. You can also enrich the soil with compost or organic fertilizers to promote plant growth.

Soak the seeds of Lathyrus sweet pea in water for 24 hours before sowing them. This helps the seeds germinate faster.

Make trenches in the ground about 2-3 cm deep. Place the seeds in the trenches, spacing about 4-6 inches between each seed. Cover the seeds with soil and press the soil lightly. Water the seeds immediately after sowing so that the soil is moist. Continue watering regularly, especially during dry spells, to keep the soil moist.

Lathyrus sweet pea is a climbing plant and needs support to grow upwards. You can use mesh, stakes, a wall or some other type of support system to guide the plants.

Regularly remove weeds around the plants to reduce competition for nutrients. You can also apply mulch around the plants to retain moisture and reduce weed growth.

Lathyrus sweet pea produces beautiful flowers that you can cut and use in bouquets. Make sure you cut the flowers regularly to encourage the plants to produce more flowers.

History: The Lathyrus sweet pea, also known as the sweet pea, has a rich history dating back to ancient times. The Lathyrus sweet pea comes from the Mediterranean region and parts of Asia.
